But when he called me, he was looking for money. Even dropped his price down to 40. Then I could have sent the other payment next week after he gave me listings. I kept telling him that it seemed like a scam. He insured me it wasn't.
Went to type in the address and an apartment complex showed up.
So whatever he doing, he is working from home.
