Property was listed for rent. The company was reached out to in which they sent over a online application requesting social security number, previous work and employment history, current address and a $500 deposit which has been sent already unfortunately to the scammer. The price seemed to good to be true at $1300 a month when maybe it should have been about $2,000 a month. This property was actually listed for sale and no where was it listed for rent for the past 10 years. This was a scam that unfortunately worked.
