I manage a couple apartment complexes in Indianola Iowa and found out today that there is someone calling our tenants from an out of state phone number 360-777-1181 calling our tenants and pretending to be from our company telling our tenants they are being evicted. We are in no way associated with these calls and want to make people in the area aware incase they are calling other landlords tenants as well.
