I paid $180 apartment application fee that was informed I would get back once I came to view the apartment. I went to view the apartment at the scheduled time and he did not show. I contacted him via Instagram requesting my money back due to him not showing up. He also started asking for more money after I sent him the application fee. No extra fees was discussed in the beginning. So that was a red flag. He has also deleted all of his post from Instagram.
