Credit Check Scam.

Used images from a different online listing for an apartment and put a lower price. Texted me and send me suspicious links that redirected to what seemed to be legitimate websites. The websites involved were "Identity Force" "Identity IQ" "Kikoff" "TransUnion" The suspicious links were "happy2rent.com/3013" "credit2checker.com/1214" "background4info.com/1127" "aptrent2check.com"

I signed up for the websites seemingly legitimate but very "rip-off" services that included credit and background check. I thought this was for the "landlord" but I believe it was to sign me up and keep charging for the "rip-off" services. It was difficult to unsubscribe especially to Identity Force I had to call and was on hold for a long time and waited for call backs. Even after canceling the subscriptions I still fear they will try to keep charging me so I have frozen my credit card.

Tried to rent me a sublease on Facebook Marketplace in Denver. Sublease was a scam. Apartment complex knew nothing about it even though the scammer told me he had contacted them. Apartment complex told me that the apartment was occupied by last name ***** ** ******* I did some research and found out that the scammer has multiple aliases, phone numbers, and addresses, including Jake Ryan Gaspari, Ryan Jake Gaspari, James Ryan Gaspari, Linda Gaspari, Kelly A Gaspari. Ryan Jake and Jake, Ryan Gaspari are the same person. Addresses include, ** ********** **** ********** ** ****** *** ******* **** *** ***** ** ****** *** ***** *** ******* **** **** ***** ********* **** ********* *** ***** ****** **** ***** *** ***** **** **** ***** ****** ** ****** *** ******* ***** ******** ***** *** ******* ****** *********** Phone number is 516– 579–0199, 516–5 20–8567, 516–7 61–5448. Email addresses, J [email protected], [email protected] alguersuari@sbcglobal. Rick redneck tool at centurylink.net, Rick redneck [email protected], diana Gaspari [email protected].

Scammer got personal information. Shortly after my Wells Fargo accounts were broken into and charges were made on my credit card.
