name on facebook Debbie Kay Payne, posted inquired in renting housing while in contract in california, she came to my DM's asking what i needed which was already posted on FB. she sent me information on housing. ws told she would send application to fill out to include all personal information. when asked if i can have a viewing of the place or facetime prior to giving deposited it was declined. she state she can send a video of home. Her so called management property of premier nest agency sent me an e-mail no name or number or address of this said management company on e-mail. when e-mailed back for name and number to contact them. I got a DM message on my facebook by Debbie asking me to contact her via there for questions as she can answer them, so why have a management team if they cant answer them? fishy and their return e-mail is not premiernestagency@gmail it is premiernestagcy@gmail
