It is still available for rent, but owing to our current absence, I will only rent it to responsible and acceptable renters. My family and I just moved to Bradenton, Florida, to explore a new career opportunity.
We are looking for renters that will take good care of our property and treat it like it's their own. I would be open to speaking or exchanging messages with a genuine potential tenant who can persuade and reassure me about the property's care.
A $1,400 security deposit is needed, along with the first month's rent of $1,400. Each pet on the property requires a $100 deposit.
I will be unable to show you the property in person because I am in Bradenton, Florida. However, you are allowed to drive by at any time to view the apartment's exterior, location, and surrounding area. The interior of the home cannot be seen at this time since the keys are with us, but we are willing to mail them to a renter whom we think we can trust with our property after the rental application form is reviewed & approved.
To give you an idea of how it looks, I've attached some updated inside images as well as a rental application form. We considered using a property management agency/realtor, but the cost and inconveniences were too much for us. In the end, my partner and I decided to rent it out ourselves from this location, and hopefully we made the right choice.
