I went on Zelle to look for an apartment. Send in application via email to a Tim/ Denise/ McCann. They informed me that I was Approved however they wanted know right away how would I proceed with payment. They asked me how will I send them the payment Zelle, cash, or check? I'm very suspicious now. They're asking me if I can send the payment sooner than when I said I could. They haven't said anything about the lease agreement or anything.
