There's an apartment on Apartment List for a 1 bedroom apartment at $1550. I inquired through the website and got a response back in a week stating that they were in Florida and had the keys with them, but once the security deposit of $1550 and first months rent of $1550 ($3100 total) was sent, then they'd send the keys. The application was free but they took drivers license number and social security.
