I ordered 2 lift/recliner chairs and have to received them. When I traced them it said they were delivered to another city , contacted them said they would send two more, never arrived, contacted them again and they said I could pick them up in a city 3 hours away from me. Told them no just give me a full refund, contacted them again about my refund was told it takes a while to get a refund, which I know is total crap.

I ordered a table and chair set for the yard never got it. After a mth of them telling me it's on the way. I tracked the tracking number it said it was in China. I told them I want a refund. They keep saying it's on the way. So I told them I'm not waiting any longer. I want a refund. Haven't heard back yet.
