I received this letter from Apex Business solutions and when I called the number they told me that I would have to go to court to dispute this matter if it's not mine and when I called Verizon they told me I have no debt so I called them back and they back pedaled and said that they have four to 10 years to report it to creditors and Verizon would have no access to this because once it goes to collections they don't have access to their accounts anymore which is BS because I used to have Verizon like 20 years ago so and this was supposedly back from 2012 so yeah

And I just got my letter in the mail. What do you think guys deal or no deal for a debt I've never had. What's sad is I know some people will fall for this.

Mine had a different phone number. 800-416-8346. But the same address that everyone else has been listening. Whoever these people are they are pretty busy. This forum is a gift.

I got a similar letter from them claiming I owe a total of $1,456.43 and when I called them they told me I would have to go to court they gave me a piece of paper to file with my taxes when I called the company that was the original creditor they said I have no debt and when I recalled them to tell them that they backpedaled and kept telling me that a bunch of reasons why the original creditor wouldn't have access to it or why it wouldn't be on my credit report it's a scam

Tried scamming me for hundreds of dollars on a Verizon acct. Haven't had anything but straight talk for over 10 yrs.

This is for Sprint but I have not had an account with Sprint since 1999. They said this was from 2007 and tried to convince me you have 7 years to report the credit bureau but can report to the IRS whenever you want. I should have known when my last name was spelled incorrectly

I just received a letter from these so called nice people... saying I owe 248.88 plus interest of 319.66 on a ORCHARD - HOUSEHOLD BANK . I have never heard of this bank or card or whatever it is. So what do I do? Do I write a letter claiming I am not the owner of this debt OR WHAT?

yes my husband just received as well and his name had JR attached and he is not a JR. it says its from Cingular for $1,800. he never has had them. So what do you do?

Hi. Definitely scam. Exactly the same story, except they used Sprint in my case. Very "touching" move with IRS attachment. I am planning to send letter about all this fraud to IRS. Maybe they should initiate some legal action.

Received the same type of letter today 07/24/21. Mine was Cingular, my cell service is always prepaid. Apex business solution sent this to my daughters new address that I never used and using a last name that I have not used in over 20 plus years.

I received notification by mail from Apex Business Solutions about a debt I owed to Verizon Wireless ( I have used straight talk since 2010) stating I owe a Principal debt of $1840.40 with $2300.25 interest for a total of $4,140 dollars. They also stated they will send a notice to MA of my bad debt for my 2021 taxes to be claimed as income from bad debt.

I have never received any prior notification of this debt, I have not had Verizon in over 11 years.

They offered to settle for 621.10 one time payment.
