This type of advertising is highly deceptive as upon initial review the customer believes at the time of purchase the company has the customers best interests at heart.
This in-fact is not the case and their customer services’ short response tactics reflect that. They proudly display their false promises and guarantees yet conceal their actual policies behind several redirecting links. In my case specifically, I ordered three pairs of shorts using both their website size generator and their sizing chart. I Received the shorts and sizing was not true to size and in fact ran 1 1/2 sizes too small. Tried not to get a refund but simply to exchange for a larger size and they are refusing. Customer service didn’t even bother to acknowledge their issue with their advertising tactics or suggest a remedy, basically just told me I’m stuck with these unusable products. I asked for my issue to be elevated to management for review to which the customer service person “BIANCA” also chose to ignore.
