Ordered a trial of Apex Keto Gummies. Paid for shipping ONLY (supposedly). Evidently, they made it a subscription without my consent. I called and said I wanted to return the product. I was told to keep the product and was issued a refund of half of the $59.99 charge. Shortly thereafter was ANOTHER debit of $199.88. This resulted in me having to cancel my debit card and be reissued a new one. This morning (Feb 3), when reviewing my checking account, they had taken $199.88 once again, (twice now.) I have consulted my bank which re-issued a new debit card last month upon the first debit that they took. This time, they knew how to bypass the original debit card and went through routing to take the money. I called them ONCE AGAIN, only to be told that I (in fact) had a subscription which he refused to understand that a call was made in December to cancel all delivery and refund my account. Subsequently he claims he "formally" cancelled my supposed subscription ( as of today )but refused to refund the money. This is fraudulent to say the least. I will also report my experience with BBB. Thank you for your assistance in this matter
