A fellow with an account name Rodriguez Alfonso contacted me on Facebook sharing a crypto investment platform. I figured it was a scam, but given that I only had to put in $40, I figured I could risk it. Their scheme is to get people to invest a small amount, let them make one small investment, then convince them to invest a lot more. Then when you try to withdraw again, they'll make up a reason why you can't, i.e., you exceeded your reinvestment limit, you have to pay more in to withdraw anything, etc. Thankfully, I refused to invest more, so I only lost $30.
