Offer to buy a coin ring. Bought a ring. Got an order # (1311) after 2 months made an inquiry was told buy Kathy, by email product was shipped. Over a month now , inquired again, was told she would check on it. They no longer answer email inquiries for me. Apex Retail

I visited the website www.morgancoinring.com a few days ago to make a purchase of a Morgan coin ring. When I filled out the information to purchase the ring I attempted to put a different shipping address than my billing as I recently moved from my billing address state. When I entered my card info and attempted to purchase said coin ring it seemed as though my internet had glitches and said that the billing address was different from shipping so I would not be able to make the purchase, yet the amount for the ring was subtracted from my bank account. I emailed the support team that the website provides, and was contacted a few hours later from Apex retail via email. The person that contacted me asked for a order number which I was not provided nor any confirmation from said order. Apex retail then asked what email I ordered the ring through, at which point I gave them my email address. I told them that maybe things got mixed up and that I still wanted to purchase a ring even through said misunderstanding. I have not heard anything from them since 7/2/20 and all communication from them has ceased.
