Free sample or trial just pay shipping and handling which was $6 and $1 no mention of fine print or of entire cost of product or that you have a lifetime subscription [censored] customer service they give you the runaround when asking for a refund money was taken from account even after I returned the product when called to get refund they said it was the wrong address never got a definite yes on how ugh or when I would get my money back
