My daughter and her friends toured a rental property and paid 89.00 for an application fee,there were 3 of them. Then they were told they needed to give the company 400.00 for a deposit. Their applications were denied and needed guarantors. Now all the parents put in paid an application fee of yet 89.00 x3 again and then all emails were ignored. So the girls are out 400. The manager finally stated that we were all denied and they get no refund. But they got another apt. No problem.
