Apex Trader Funding is advertised as a prop firm for futures trading. Basically you buy what is called a trading evaluation to trader futures on. Once you pass the evaluation by hitting the profit goal you are able to get what is called a 'funded trading account'. This is advertised as a trading account that they put money into for you where you can trader futures (Nasdaq, ES, etc.) After buying many trading accounts and passing evaluations I reached the funded stage I made profits in my account and never received payments for my profits. After doing further investigation on their facebook group I quickly realized that they have done this to MANY individuals. They have also manipulated the trading system to ensure people will fail. I am begging you all to please look into this company. They are taking peoples hard earned money and this is not ok. Thank you.

Ponzi scheme pretending traders are in a combine to trade to make money but its all on a demo account.

Their support doesnt help you at all, all of their marketing material makes it seem like you can make a million dollars but not realistic and overplay it

All of their customer complaints are handled on the computer not over the phone, consider the number i attached worthless.

They push constant flash sales scheming to get more people to open more accounts to trade more contracts within very restrictive rules.

They do not want to improve the product at all and the attack the consumer for asking questions or asking for refunds.

This is 1000% a ponzi scheme of pushing constant flash sales to raise money and pay for traders requestinh payouts.

I joined APEX after high reviews from several traders. They are a funding company and they allow you to trade on multiple accounts at one time. There big selling feature. They make it very easy to sign up and very easy to use there platforms. However, when there system has a glitch, you can't get in touch with anyone and can not get a response to your email when you send it. I had 20 open accounts with them and was trading on 10 at a time. They have what they call a trailing threshold that you are supposed to stay above. I did that and stuck to all the rules. However, while in a winning trade that would have net me over 20k, they closed my positions and deactivated my accounts. All 10 at one time. I sent a message out right away, because glitches happen right. No response for hours. Then I get a mass email saying they were having technical issues and were working to get them resolved. During this time (before the mass response) I started trading my other 10 accounts. Again, in a position, going in my favor and once again they closed all 10 accounts. That trade was over 15k. So I send another email out, and once again no response. Check the facebook group and hundreds if not thousands of people are complaining about the exact same thing. Again, hours with no response. Now today, well over 24 hours later, I get another mass email that says they had technical issues and they would not be resetting, nor reinstating deactivated accounts. I understand that all I lost was the cost of the 20 accounts that I had bought and paid for, but that is not the point. The point is this company is a total scam and anyone who is looking to become a part of it should run the other way. They have zero accountability and only care about you signing up for more and more evaluation accounts. Please make sure this message gets out to the people before anyone else gets scammed out of there hard earned money! This company should be shut down.
