Simply ordered products, did not receive, company never responds to emails or phone calls, website is a scam.

I placed an order on 6/20. I was contacted and told that the product was not in stock. I asked for a refund. I spoke with the same person (John) several days in a row, and he was supposed to get with accounting and call me back. That never happened. I called every single day. Finally, I spoke with Michelle via chat who said the refund was processed but allow 5 days to hit my card. It has been over 2 weeks and it still hasn't been refunded. No one there can seem to help, it is always the round around.
