I was stupid and invested $25000 and was scammed by this guy.
There are multiple complains against this guy on better business bureau website and there are good reviews BUT those reviews are posted by his own people who worked with him on commission by selling Giani’s scams online.

have a 1099 contract, in which I would be paid for completing the project. I discussed the contract with the CEO and issuer, and he told me he would work on it and have it completed. This occurred every time I asked for the first week of employment. However, during the second week, I decided to email the CEO about the contract and told him I needed the contract for legal reasons. He convinced me that he was not in fact working on the contract and would not promise me a contract until I worked even harder for him. I did not want to do this because I felt that even if I worked and contributed in a more significant manner, he would not offer the contract anyway.
During those two weeks, I worked for the company, communicating with suppliers for parts and with co-workers for other assistance. I wrote up some reports and tests and reported them to the CEO. I learned the system they were working on and worked toward finding solutions. I could not work with Giancarlo, the employer, after finding out about the contract.
