This online store appeared on my Instagram feed. The website seemed legitimate and I was able to pay via Pay Pal (thankfully, so I can't still get a refund). After sending 5 emails to customer support over a three week period, with no response, I researched the company and found many comments of customer's reporting this company as fraudulent/scam. Customer's did not get their merchandise and were unsuccessful in retrieving a refund. The website states a China address but also a NYC address. I read that the NYC address is for a Chase bank- aka a fraudulent/inaccurate address.

This website should be shutdown.
