I used USA Apostille Inc. to submit my FBI Background Check to the Department of Authentications office. I submitted my order June 10th, 2023 and was told it would take 6-8 weeks originally. Come 10 weeks I start calling the company and is reassured that my documents will be completed soon. Now at 12 weeks I have called and emailed the company and was told the same thing. They decided that I asked to may questions and "cancelled" my order which is stated on their website they cant do if the order was already placed. This means they never submitted my order and just took my money and my personal information (and government files). They are still in possession of my documents and refuse to answer any more of my questions.
