Purchased on-line. one week and no updated information. enter order number on website and it does not exist. no reply to email and phone number always busy.

no shipping information.

I placed an order for uno no mercy card game on the 12th of november. Once i place the order i received an email confirmation. order#1337. to track the order i had to go to the app shop. The problem is they try to sell you other items and they dont have info on your order. I went back on apparelprinted website to track my order. I put in the order# i was given and it stated no such order number exist. I have called the support number on several different occasions and its constantly busy. I also sent an email on nov 20th 2023 requesting status update still no response. But my account was debited the $15. and no product to show for it.
