I purchased two orders from the company called Appehinglaus and the quality of the product is awful so I asked to return and get a refund. After two weeks of going back and forth with customer service they keep saying “it is very expensive to return to our warehouse in China. We will offer you $5”. I complained and said I didn’t want $5, I want to return and get a full refund. They came back repeatedly saying it was too expensive to send to their warehouse and would give me $7. Their website actually says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. They refuse to tell me how to return the product or how much “freight to their China warehouse” would cost. Please forewarn possible customers.
