Homeaglow advertises that you get cleaning services for a 50 dollar membership fee then they bait and switch once you pay the membership fee that some extras cleaner fees are separate. Then they give you vouchers and you have no idea how they apply and are told they fees for the cleaner is separate service dates are cancelled and when the cleaner does show up late they spend less than the 4 hours promised and do not clean. I basically had a squatter in my place for 4 hours. Then they rush to reschedule your next and following cleanings through texts from random people. to postpone and cancel is nearly impossible.

I am appalled they are willing to charge me anything. This person is an independent contractor and yet the shared with him my concerns. I asked for my feedback to remain confidential and I did not give permission for it to be shared. He has my address, and I am worried about being the victim of retaliation.
