Once I downloaded the app a pre-made user name was created to use the app. Then it requests to link your personal and financial data to the app. By the time you provide your personal data and link PayPal, the app without any authorization starts charging you and sets an automatic payment plan. After that, I contacted PayPal and they couldn’t do anything about it due to the transaction was locked without letting any dispute. They canceled the unauthorized plan subscription, but couldn’t give me my refund. The customer service of the app just was providing false excuses to waste time and don’t give me my refund.
