Apple tablet had an alert when opened and would not allow to delete but written anouncement said it was Apple alert to call 888-733-0363 (which I did) and male voice transferred me toMichelle,. Told me my mobile phone, desktop computer, and tablet were affected with Trojan spyware and she controlled a mouse to work on my computer. She gave me her number, 314-8068071,since bank was closed so next morning she would call me or I would call her at 9:30 am. I didn’t call her the next day nor did she call. My neighbor called the bank to put an alert and said they don’t hire agents on the mainland.
