Email stating I was charged for an apple purchase, giving me option to cancel the purchase. When going in to fill info for cancellation of purchase. They wanted social security number among other information. When calling apple back, they instructed us to go buy a visa card and they would refund our purchase. Total confusion . After losing connection , lady from called and texted me. I have contact information for from, email, text , and phone numbers.
