Phishing text pretending to be Apple that came from a hotmail email address and referenced the listed phone number to "reverse the charge"

I was trying to contact Apple AirPods fixed upon me getting help with my AirPods the individual asked for me to check my cash app to make sure no authorize transactions have been processed on my account and asked me which account was my USAA account and then hung up and reported. The site

Received an email supposedly from Apple for an ITunes purchase that I did not make. Called the number on the email believing that it was legit. Upon trying to get the situation taken care of by cancelling the subscription before the trial date is over before payment is due, the customer service rep supposedly from Apple cancellation informed me that the transaction has already taken place and in order for them to cancel it and for me not be charged is to go to a nearby store to purchase an $100.00 Google Play Card in order to get the security code in order to do a security scan. The person wanted me to stay on the phone the entire time to give him the security code on the card as soon as I purchased the card. He kept informing me that he was trying to help. He also tried to set a time limit on how long I had to purchase the card before I will get charged. Informed me also that apple would refund me the $100.00 as soon as everything was scanned. I then informed him that I would have to call back and he said his name was Brian Harris 1 408-643-7874. Also stated that the ITunes membership subscription was showing an email address from J,[email protected] in Mexico.

These people are calling people saying, “your apple account has been breached and we need some information from you so that we can fix this issue.” They’re claiming to be apple support. I called apple supports direct number and they said that they do not call people and that it was a scam. So do not give them any personal information.

Tried to tell me my apple account was locked and would be automatically disabled if I did not verify today. Asked for address, ssn, Apple ID and password, and card info. Even has apple support homepage. I entered all the info until it asked for my card info. That’s when I stopped and called apple. They told me it was a scam and to contact the ScamPulse.com and change my Apple ID.

left 5 vm and called me every 20 minutes and left a message that said,"this is about your new apple account your i cloud account has been breached press 1 to speak to someone now or call us back at the number. i do have an iPhone but they didn't call me on that phone.

I've received more than 8 calls over the past 2 days from various numbers. They leave messages stating that they are Apple support advisors and that my iCloud account has been compromised and they need to work with me to address the issue. The voice mails state that I can press 2 to reach an advisor immediately or call this number directly to reach them 206-460-0187. The funny thing is that I don't own a single Apple product. I never got in touch with them because I know this is either a phishing attempt or that they are trying to sell me products I don't need. I also read about this scam from an internet post from someone that played along to see what they would do. Apparently, they have you download a piece of remote control software and try to get you to allow them to connect and control your computer. I don't know what the end game is, but it is definitely nefarious. It was also apparent that the call center operates out of either Pakistan or India.

I received an email telling me that someone had purchased two iTunes store family memberships using my account. When I clicked on the link, it let me to https://valid-user.com/account/ This site convincingly looks like the real Apple log in page. When clicking on the "forgot password" this page asked me to fill in my personal details, including my Social Security Number, Address, Birthday, and other personal details. Fortunately, I did not continue and closed the site. I have attached screenshots of both the email and the fake website.

Request to buy gift cards. the caller identified themselves as Apple? I was requesting to go Walgreens to buy $*** gift cards for each device comprised and when asked how could confirm they claim could not call or gontonstore to verify.  They want to stay on phone till got tonstore and provides gift card numbers.  They claimed that was only way to take care of info.

This website is a phisher. It asks as if it were apple and says there is a problem with your Apple ID. Once you log in to “their website” it asks you for sensitive information. I am reporting this to hopefully warn others and try to stop before it continues and commutes identity theft.
