I went on to the apple website and clicked on the first number for customer service! Talk to the guy for about 35 mins he told me that my IMEI number was out of date then told me I needed to buy a iTunes gift card to get my money back from iTunes so I did and give him the gift info and I wasn’t able to to get the money back!

They called several times a day for several days so far. Its on my landline so I know its a scam. I know they would of wanted my info but I didnt let it get that far I hung up on them.

The caller ID says Apple, inc. The call is from a recorded message. Wants me to select 1 or 2 to talk to a support advisor. Their story is that my apple iCloud has been breached and to call them at 201-380-6029. I've contacted apple and they told me it was Phishing. This is not a legitimate company, they are not associated with Apple.

Lost my iphone several months ago, now I keep getting daily texts from above number saying that my phone has been found and to follow a link (to a fake website) to help track it.

I keep receiving phone calls on my landline from an Apple support scam. They keep calling after I told them don't call my landline and are very unprofessional. They appear to young Indian males with heavy accent on the line. What can I do to stop these unwanted scam calls and I want these criminals prosecuted. Their number is 888-234-4781.

Robo Phone call, Caller ID came up from Apple, Inc., saying that I had a security breach on my Apple iCloud account. I was told to call this number to call Apple and get this corrected. The number to call was 866 987 1897. I received the exact call about an hour later. My neighbor, who does not own an Apple device also received a similar phone call multiple times.

I called Apple directly, ( not from the number given) and reported this and they confirmed that this call was not from Apple and that my account had no issues needing attention.

I received a call from (according to caller ID), Apple Inc. Caller ID # 1-415-848-4445 with a recording telling me my iCloud act had been breached. I did not pick up and answer. They gave a callback number of 1-866-987-1890 and various options via pressing different phone buttons. I knew this was a scam as I had read about it in the paper recently. Perhaps these numbers will help you track them down? Good Luck.

Multiple robotic phone calls indicating a problem with my Apple device. Told me to connect to my computer. I disconnected immediately. Had a feeling it was a scam though I hadn't heard the news concerning Apple until this morning. So glad I hung up!!!

For 3 months we've gotten phone calls (with caller ID reading Apple Inc) once call is answered an automated recording comes on giving you another number to call about a breach in apple security. I've contacted Apple at the original number they called from which is legitimately an Apple store, however was assured by Apple that IF there was a breach I wouldn't be contacted that way. In calling the return number of 844-801-5493 I'm shuffled around between employees and have asked to have our number removed since we have NO Apple products in the home. Today alone I have received 12 calls from this fake company. Please help!!!

scammer called my home phone stating my iCloud account had been compromised. scammer told me to go to my computer and gave me a few steps to follow. It seemed like scammer was trying to get remote access to my laptop. I just ended the call. The scammer called back several times. I finally blocked the number.

Called saying they were an Apple Support number. They said that my Cloud coverage had been disabled and said that I would have to pay $200 to recover my data.

I was emailed on June 5,2017 that I had purchased a game from Apple for $54.00. It gave me an link to click if I wanted to return it. I clicked on the link and it took me to a site called kissmyass.com. I figured that it was a scam so I googled the Apple support phone number and called them directly. The person I talked with checked my email account and assured me that I had been scammed.

I received at least ten phone calls from "Apple." A robotic voice saying their name was Molly left several voicemails telling me to call 855-265-9291 due to a breach in my iCloud account. I do not have an iCloud account or any Apple products.

I received a call today from someone claiming to be from Apple. The Caller ID on my phone read "Apple Inc." and the number displayed was 1-619-682-3477. A recorded voice told me that my iCloud account had been compromised and I was connected to a "technician." Unfortunately, I foolishly fell for the scam and allowed "Mark" to take control of my computer for a few minutes. I did not reveal any passwords or other login identification, and I did not give him my credit card number. As soon as I realized my mistake, I asked him to disconnect from my computer, although only time will tell whether he planted a virus or retrieved any personal information. I immediately called Apple Support and verified that my iCloud account was secure; then I changed my Apple ID and many of my other passwords.

The recorded message that I received said that I could contact them at 844-619-0681.

This afternoon, I have received at least three more calls from the original number, 619-682-3477. The caller leaves a message asking me to call the 844-619-0681 number.

I will also be reporting this incident to the FCC, FTC, and Apple. I hope that someone catches the criminals who are perpetuating this scam.

Got a call from a number I did not record asking me to call 844-858-8324 because my iCloud account had been compromised. I did not call back.
