I received 2 different text messages stating that my package is trying to be delivered but no one was home. It showed the item being delivered and that I owed the shipping fees. One was from Apple Inc for an iPhone x and the other was from Amazon for a gift card for $1000.00

I called the number i found on the internet while searching for Apple customer service number to fix my Ipad Pro. Talked with a gentleman and he quickly told me that he would send me a new Ipad or have someone repair it. Then he asked for a $400 hold on my card. I told him no and he explained that it was because they had so many people not turn in the old Ipad. I was then transferred to another gentleman and he told me that he could get everything started if i get a an Ebay gift card for $100 and i would recieve the money back within a few minutes. Then he told said that was not what he said, he said he needed 2 gift cards for $100. This went on for a few hours of us arguing and multiple phone transfers. Long story short I lost money and did not get any of it back as i was promised.

Phone call was an automated message about the alleged security of my iCloud. It came from the number listed above, but it seems that this was just some sort of caller ID hack. They stated they were from Apple and provided a toll free number 1 855 767 7288 (the real number). I called and was asked for my Apple ID by a woman. When I questioned her, she hung up on me. After numerous more robocalls, I decided to continuously call the toll free number back and demand they take my number off their list. They were very vulgar in their responses. I continued to repeatedly call them, until they finally agreed to take me off the list.
