I call for Apple customer support I spoke with Nick Johnson who tried to get me to send $1499.00 through Zelle said the number is my verification code. I was requesting a refund from Apple for a charge on my account that I did not authorized

I have been receiving many scam calls from Apple. I have asked them to remove me from the calling list. They keep calling. My caller ID show Apple Inc. Phone number in caller ID is 203-302-6691. It is a robocall. They instruct to press numbers. I pressed number one and two to speak with a representative. I spoke with someone somewhere in the world. I told them to stop calling. Since I pressed the numbers I have received more calls.
