Computer, iPad was missing from FedEx or "delivered to wrong address", according to FedEx, and no one knew outside of apple, fedex and myself knew about it. This person called my phone and wanted to discuss the loss of my products and how she could help to replace it. i never answered the phone and they left voicemail. When I listened to it, I knew it wasn't Apple, due to conversing with them throughout the day. I then contacted Apple Specialist and they told me they would never call me to offer that kind of information and gave them the number. They then informed me this was a scam number and it should be reported.
