Used pop up from "Apple" on computer altering of malfunction. Provided phone # for "Microsoft customer service". Directed to Bank "Fraud Dept". Was told accounts were compromised by foreign and domestic attacks involving pornhub and child porn in China. Downloaded Rustdesk on PC. Microsoft CS connected PC to iMac computer. Scammers sent QR codes and instructed to withdraw cash from bank and deposit to a secured lock box account (Bitcoin). After deposit into Bitcoin, scammers asked for receipts but we did not send them to him. We attempted calling Bitcoin but they couldn't help.
