I-Pad Pop up online from Apple Security Center- thread detected of Trojan Spyware. Access to PC has been blocked, call 1(888)733-1232 and a technician will help solve the problem. Noted the following data was compromised: E-Mail credentials, Banking Passwords, Facebook login, and pictures & documents. I was concerned so called, was connected to Richard Avi, Apple Support Technician Dept.,badge #AWS370461, Case #CT176201 and his direct phone (912) 737-3125 f security code 981-561-1205. Next,any bank account I had, to be notify of the compromise. I gave the banks I had accounts with, Mr. Alvi said to expect a call from them. Following this call, I was contacted by Alex Parker from Umpqua Bank Fraud Protection-981-561-1205. He said he got a call from Apple about my PC was compromised. Mr. Parker wanted to verify Apple had called, then asked for Name, badge# & case# of whom I spoke to @ Apple security, which I did. A few minutes later Mr. Parker called back and verified that Richard Alvi was indeed a Level #3 Apple support technician at Umpqua Bank. Next he had found suspicious activity on my account. A pre-authorized amount of $18,600 was initiated at 5:11 a.m. this morning, said this was identity thief. Not to worry the transaction has not gone though yet he could solve this issue. He continued to explain, that they would make a replica of the transaction, tell the finance team to activate the false transaction, then set up a dummy account. *****please note that at the first online pop up I was skeptical of the whole thing, to be honest I wanted to know how far it would go, so I took the bait. Here comes the kicker. Mr. Parker informed me that, I personally had to go into Umpqua bank to setup the dummy account. Then he proceeded to give me step by step directions: Tell the bank I wanted to send a wire transfer of $18,600 to : Name: Fu Liu……

1013 Sandia Rd. NW…...Albuquerque, NM 87107———Bank of America…..3323 Isleta Blvd. SW……Albuquerque, NM 87105——Account #439010289550———Routing#107000327. Mr. Parker, also told me the bank might ask me questions about the transfer and coached me by asking several questions and provided me with appropriate answers. Then said as soon as arrive at the bank parking lot, call him and go in and setup the transfer like he told me and record everything so he could verify the it was completed. I believe this a highly skilled scam with all the information to lure people in. I hope this helps you in trying to ford off these scammers. I also took a picture of the pop up on my I-pad screen if you need it. I am 80 yrs. Young and Thank you for your help.
