Received multiple calls from some saying they were be apple support telling me that my iPhone had been hacked. They sent several hours with me. Asked me to download an app “client assist” which enabled them to look at what I was looking at on my iPhone ( scary!).. I have deleted the app. Sent me to a store where I was supposed to buy two gifts cards for a total of $700 after they had supposedly deposited $700 to my card (I only gave them the last four digits of my credit card number. Nothing was deposited to my credit card I immediately cancelled my credit card.I did not buy the gifts cards. She was very convincing. They used American sounding names of people who actually work with Apple, but they had foreign accents. I almost fell for it had it not been for my husband. The person n the phone got really angry when I told her I wasn’t going to buy the cards, began to bre abusive and I hung up.
