While on the internet, my Ipad froze and said IOS had crashed. I called the number for Apple Support on the site and was connected with "Steve Anderson". He told me hackers were trying to get into my devices and for $100 they would give me a lifetime warranty of protection. He told me to buy an ITunes gift card and call him back with the number on the card. Unfortunately, I did. Then I was told that it was taking too long to download the card and that I needed to buy two $50 gift cards and my $100 would be refunded. I finally clued in and called him on the scam - but not until after I lost $100.
