They had me download the app any desk they told me the acceptance of risc was for my security then there was a number considered as address on the app this was a second attempt bc I called back then they had me open cash app followed by link bank then then asked me to use someone I trusted for verification so I used my daughter (sorry I’m crying as I type)they then performed 4 separate transaction 1 for 297.00 2 for 298.00 3rd for 299.00 the card they linked the last 4 numbers were 8614 through cash app at 4:23 pm 6/26/23

I googled Apple support on my phone to get help for my computer which was hacked. This started with a pop up. My apple computer was locked up. the pop up had a phone number to contact. I did not contact the number on the pop up. Instead I googled Apple support which gave me a phone number to contact. I did not realize it but,This Apple support address was hijacked by the scammers and the phone number was direct to them. They had me down load down load quick support App. From here they started to move money around in my bank accounts. From savings and checking. At that point they hung up and did not call back. I called the number again and asked to speak to a manager and asked what was happening and he explained that I was hacked and that he was going to help me. Now remember I thought I was speaking to Apple support. The next move was to download the cash App to get the hackers out of my accounts. After about a half hour of working with Him I questioned wether he was legit. He sent me his Apple ID and name.They treated that the scammers would wipe out my life savings He instructed me to go to the Wallgreens and purchase gift cards in large amounts that would be used to wipe out the hackers one by one. After going to another Wallgreens and CVS and purchasing gift cards for large amounts he then wanted to install protection and wanted additional gift cards. At that point I headed home releasing something was very wrong.

I called Apple Support to cancel my 2 year subscription which I didn’t order. I was put through to this support line which had me on the phone for 3 hours switching this in that saying this is the only way they could put the refund in my account. Meanwhile they scammed $2000 out of my account.

There was a message on my safari ( web browser) saying my phone has a virus . To contact that number when you do they will

Ask for ur Imei number and try to share any information on your phone they can see everything on your phone . They will ask you to open your banking account to try to steal your information. They claim to be working for apple support they are a scam. I called the real apple and there is no such thing .I called them back to report the scam and they were very rude. This company needs to be shut down it’s a shame that in a time we are in now people are still trying to scam us

Was told to call apple support at this number. Called and left 5 voice mails at my house.

A man called saying he was from Apple Support saying my icloud account had been accessed in 3 different states. He said that sent up an alert and that was why he was calling me. He talked me through the steps to remotely access my computer so he could fix any attacks made to my network. I feel foolish for falling for this. He was very convincing.
