If you click on it, a photo shopped picture of "Apple Tech Support" page comes up and a "Voice" telling you not to exit/force quit and to call 1-844-346-3127, warning you that all your credit card information is now being sent to "Hackers" and "Malware, Spyware", etc and is now infecting your computer or phone and That Only Apple Tech Support can clean your now, "compromised" computer or phone.
They also make it hard to quit/exit, as the Warning repeats if you try! Instructing you to call the phone number immediately!
I knew it was a scam and called to see how the scammer answers the phone or if they were foreign sounding. A woman who sounded Indian, answered with a "hello can I help you"? I hung up and then she, immediately called back from 805-912-3127, a entirely different phone number. I then blocked the phone numbers. It seems (via others) these scammers, want access to your computer/phone, (when nothing was ever compromised to begin with), so THEY can get your credit card/personal information and then they too, want you to pay them via credit card payment for it. *Please note, you can force quit, by going up to the far left corner apple icon and click on "force quit" And, that Apple/Macs have no such"Security Warnings", this is a SCAM!

The male employees instructed my grandmother that the only way to ensure she received a refund on her iTunes account was to buy MORE iTunes gift cards (over $500 worth) and that only then could she be reimbursed. They asked for all of her personal information, phone #, address, email, etc. Then they had her go to a grocery store, purchase iTunes gift cards, and call them back. She then told them the card #s and their pins, so I know it is impossible to get her money back. I wish she had called me earlier in the process so I could have told her this was clearly a scam.
I cannot save her from this financial burden, but I will not rest until I know this group of individuals is shut down and caught by law enforcement.
The "employees" there refuse to answer questions on where their office is located, who they are, or what their company name is. I will continue to call until I find out more information from them.
