Apple.com continuously withdraws money from my accounts for bogus transactions/charges and never refunds my money. After months of waiting they said we returned your money but refuse to say where the refund went, or when it was sent! Because I never got a dime of my money return

I was offered a 7 day free trial of an app. I signed up, and was charged for a 3 month subscription the next day. When I disputed it with Apple I was told they were not aware of the free trial and denied my refund request.

Scammers have taken all my personal information and has hacked all my social media accounts, bank accounts, etc

Facebook ad for a free Walmart gift card. Called the number and was asked to sign up for several magazine subscriptions with a credit card, with the assurance that they could be cancelled later at any time. As you can imagine, the Walmart gift card and magazines never came, but my card started getting charged for several "Apple.com/bill" charges when I have never made an Apple purchase in my life. I called to cancel the "subscriptions" and was told that the rep could cancel one but the other would have to be cancelled by another department, but the rep could not tell me how to contact this phantom other department, and hung up on me when I asked more questions. When I tried to call back, the number was no longer in service. Months later I am still being billed several transactions from this "Apple.com/bill" that I have discovered is not actually Apple. I'm told that the only way to stop it is to get my bank to issue a new card.

I received a text at about 11:45AM on 06-13-2021 from what appeared to be Apple.com. It said to the effect "We have detect suspicious activity on your iCloud account" and to call a phone number to resolve the issue. Upon calling, I was told that I need to give them access to my home computer so they could show me the damage 72 hackers we attempting. Like an [censored], I did this. They convinced me that they were 92% of the way to successfully getting my identity. They appeared to try and fix this with what they called "online security", but said they we unsuccessful. They then said the only alternative was to use "offline security". I was instructed to get in my car and go to a retailer (Walgreen's, Kroger, Target, etc.) and purchase a $500 Apple gift card. They said not to worry because as soon as I give the the card's code [XW2FJ6R8LFDRCTJN], they would refund my money to the credit card I used. While I was doing this, they were on the phone the entire time (669) 209-4482. I sent a photo of the gift card to the person on the phone (669) 209-4482. He asked for the last four digits of the credit card I used and like an [censored], I gave them to him. I was then instructed to tear the card into 4 pieces so that the "chip" inside would be destroyed and that would enable my refund. Upon doing this, I found no such chip at all. I quickly receive a text (which turned out to be fake) from what appeared to be Discover Bank saying a credit in the amount of $500 has been applied to my account. I was told that the card "worked extremely well and eliminated 10 of the hackers and now we need more cards for the remaining 62 hackers to be disabled". So, I was instructed to go to another retainer and purchase three (3) $500 Apple gift cards. Fortunately for me, I went to two retail stores (Kroger and Target) and they did not have any $500 cards. Very fortunately for me, the clerk at Target asked me how many cards I needed and when I said three (3) $500 cards, he started to ask me personal questions as to why. He apologized for being intrusive, but he said, "there have been a lot of card scams going around and I wanted to make sure that was not what was happening here", This started me thinking that this running around to purchase Apple gift card didn't feel right and felt a lot like a scam. I told the scammer on the phone that Target didn't have the cards. He directed me to another retailer at which point I began to question the validity of this scheme with him. He said, "I have giving you a case number and my phone number. No scammer would do that". He transferred me to his supervisor who did little to convince me. He only made me believe even more that this was a scam. I told him I would call him back. I immediately called my older sister and she told me it was a scam and knew a few people who have fallen for it. I called Discover and they had no record of the supposed $500 credit. I immediately moved to secure my finances (online banking, credit card, a freeze on Experian, TransUnion and Equifax. I have a screen capture of the fake email sent to me assigning me a "case number" with and email address of: [email protected]. I wish I had noticed this at the beginning and I would have know it was not the real Apple Corporation I was dealing with, but I failed to do that.

I needed customer support for some problems I was having with my recently purchased Apple Watch. These people posed to be Apple and ensured me my watch could be replaced free of charge. They wanted me to go to a nearby store and purchase an $50 iTunes card which they said would be refunded to complete the exchange. They gave claim #s customer rep Id #s and even explained product. All which was fake information. Once I told them I was reporting them they quickly changed their web address and number. The true Apple at Apple.inc confirmed that no case had been opened and that is not how they handle an exchange of the sort.
