I received my statement yesterday for a rarely used credit card in my name. There was an unauthorized charge by "Apple.com/us Cupertino CA" on the card in the amount of $1,164.94" No one used the card and the card was locked in locked drawer at home. I immediately called the credit card company to report it. They cancelled the card at our request and are conducting a fraud investigation. We did a thorough check of all of our accounts and our Apple.com account. We do not have a record of a purchase in that amount (nor any other Apple.com charges to that card) and no one in our household has access to or used that particular card. When I spoke to the credit card representative, there was no other identifying information on the charge (phone number, website, store location, etc). It was just a charge with line mentioned before.
