I saw an “animated witch “ on fb so I went to the Applejack website. It said 30 day 100% money back guarantee, and ScamPulse.com A+ rating. Seemed legitimate so I ordered the animated witch. I received a non animated witch. The website and fb showed a video of an animated witch, and when ordering it is called “animated witch”. Their website has assembly instructions that include a base, wiring harnesses, a head, and a realistic broom. What I received has no wiring, no way to be animated, no head just a mask, and broom isn’t even close to what was advertised. I contacted them immediately and asked for a refund. They told me what I received is what is shown on the website even though I sent them pix side by side of what I received and what they advertised including the assembly instructions that have approx 29 parts and I received 7 parts (no wiring to animate). They said what they advertised just looks different because it is staged with wind, and styrofoam. They have a video showing it moving/sounds etc. I’ve gone back and forth with them via email since they don’t show a phone number anywhere. They say I got what they advertised but would off a 20% compensation plan, whatever that means. I certainly would never buy anything from them. It’s not right that they advertise 30 day 100% money back guarantee and really bad they put ScamPulse.com A+ rating.
