I tried to call customer support to retrieve my apple id password. I wanted to talk to someone and when I called the number he said yes, my apple id was hacked. He took over my phone using anydesk app and said my identity needs to be verified, so I need to call a friend from Venmo to verify it was me. He sent her a code via my text messages, saying it was my venmo card, and we had to confirm that my accounts worked in order to refund the money. He transfered ber money from my account 3 times from my venmo to hers and then from hers to that fraudulant card # before I could stop the any deskapp.
