You call the Nashville number and you pay $59.99 on a credit card for a service call. The card is charged from Tempe AZ. The tech shows up collects most of the repair cost to order parts and never calls back. You call the Nashville # and you receive a call back form 877-935-5265 a man named AL and promises the Tech will set up an appoint. You then get calls from different cell numbers to set up the appointment. When you try the cell numbers for the tech and the people who set the appointment up - no answer. the 877 number answer and promises you will get a call.
