Appliance Palacios SCAM Used appliances delivered broken/inoperable-Ghosted warranty

upon relocation, needed appliances fast. Appliance Palacios delivered a refrigerator which smelled Toxic and wouldn't start. I commented that while the light was on, there was no vibration or sound from condenser and there was NO cooling. I was told we had the 90-day warranty. three day later, when they opened on Monday (that's laughable), they were going to send a tech by 2:00. Nothing. When called about an exchange, then "I have to ask my manager." I wanted to speak to the Manager, 'Pedro'. No answer (of course). Living out of a cooler, I was getting desperate. Now, any call or text is ghosted. they have HUNDREDS of complaints (my bad I didn't see prior to this) with BBB. I am flagging as many ads as possible to warn others. How can this business exist.
There should be charges pressed and arrests made. This is theft outright.

Broken dryer

Bought a dryer 90 day warranty and exchange. Never heard anything back. Dryer is making loud scratching/screeching noise and is so full of lint it stopped working all together. I found it on Facebook marketplace under the name Alexa Alexa. I even called 1 minute after they left and refused to come back or do anything.

They sell used appliances claiming they are in perfect working condition. Once purchased they are delivered in non working conditions. When i called the business they said they would send a technician to fix the appliance. They never show up and they stop answering phone calls. They offer 3 months warranty and they do not honor their business practices.

Bought a fridge, asked for CASH only; which is probably to hide from the IRS. Said it came with 90 day warranty, even written down. Fridge was completely broken, doesn’t work at all. Been trying to get them to come out here and fix it but they just ghost you. They have scammed hundreds of people. We need to do something about it.
