On the 17 of June 2019 I contacted appliance repair service center about a faulty rubber on the door of my washer creating a water leakage. They later disclosed that the technician will contact me on which he did and scheduled to come the next day. A guy by the name of Sean, ** *** *** showed up the and provided a charge of 120 dollars and provided a receipt stating he has to order a machine part to fix my washer and once it arrives he will return to fix the washer and obtain his balance. I contacted him the Friday and he stated the part did not arrive yet and ever since and to this date I am unable to get in touch with him as his phone keeps ringing out and upon contacting the number I originally called a man *** ** *** *** stated that he does not know who Shawn is and gives a different business name. I later googled the address only to find that the address provided does not exist and I’ve read a few reviews from persons whom have also been allegedly scammed by this business.

Two different times men showed up to look at our bedroom air conditioner. After they “bought” something,put it in and it still didn’t work they said they needed another part. After weeks on not hearing back, I called. A man quickly rushed me off the phone after I described who I was so he knew, saying I will give you your money tomorrow. Two days past, I call he doesn’t answer, I call again he answers, I again describe myself so he knows, and ask what’s going on? He said tomorrow and again just hangs up. The voicemail is full so I can’t leave messages, hard for me beside staying above I am to get any words out because he hangs up so quickly. It was 70$ and more so the matter of hoping he doesn’t do this to everyone else.
