On October 9 2024 I purchased a dryer on layaway and turned out it was wrong connection, I needed gas not electrical. many back and forth through out this time and today my daughter in law went to talk to owner. She asked him if there was anyway we can fix and the only method he proposed a replacement for three more weeks as gas range are hard to come by, we asked for our money return and he disclosed that my money was nonrefundable. There was no policy written or told of buying risks. He did put the dryer back in stock for resale. My daughter in law went with me today because yesterday they kicked me out and used profanity.
