This company entered my home with the false impression they were going to fix my washer and dryer per my warranty. The technician opened and shut the dryer, turned it on 20 seconds in said it was done. The washer had a small bathmat in it, he didn't want to repair it so he put on the warranty that I had a "large rug" inside the washer. This was an absolute lie. Because of their lie, my warranty tried to deny my claim and I am fighting them now. People should be aware that when this company comes in, their technicians don't know what their doing and lie on their reports.
