I sent a request for service from their website for my leaking fridge, they called right away, scheduled an appointment and sent a technician within a few days. I paid $100 for the visit and they said they would order the part for the fridge and be back. That was it, from there I never heard back, they didn't answer my calls or emails, I had a friend call from his number and they answered right away but hung up when I said I was calling about my service. I called from my work number, same thing. They basically take the money for the initial visit and do nothing - they have a whole slew of reviews on Google saying EXACTLY this.
