It looked like a legitimate site to apply for Global Entry and was at the top of google's search.

My wife was trying to sign up for global entry and asked for my help. When I saw the site she was using I could tell the site was not the correct site. She did not give them payment info, but did submit the form with her personal information.

I searched for Global Entry on Google, and their company website came up first. As I was using a phone during the web search, I didn't realize that it was a sponsored page. I thought I was on a government website until I paid. They got my personal information, and I believe they intend to use it for identity theft. They refused to provide a refund or to delete my personal information.

Went to apply for global entry and entered personal information. My credit card company stopped the payment and I realized that I had entered my personal information into a scam site SS# Passport Number

This was a fraudulent global entry application website and I submitted all of my personal information including passport and drivers license information among other things.

This website claims you can apply for global entry through their website. If I would have realized it, I never would have used it. It looked legitimate to me. I am usually very careful about these things but I was in a hurry. I realized my mistake when I got to the last step to pay and it was $249. I knew global entry should cost $100. I then found I had just entered a lot of sensitive information into their website. They also texted me after that to remember to complete my application. The text came after I already applied to the real global entry.

I wanted to apply for global entry, and this was the first that popped up on my search. It looked legit, but it's not. I unfortunately gave them all sorts of personal information. Please go to the official .gov site for global entry.

This website is asking for personal information and credit card information to trick people into thinking it is a legitimate service for Global Entry applications.

I was trying to sign up for Global Entry and this website was the first that come up with Google Ad - I entered all my information and then after I submitted the info and then they required payment - I noticed the $100 government fee and the $149 processing fee. I'm afraid they are stealing my info now!!!

This website is designed to look like global entry and collects money for renewals.

Looking for the web site to apply for Global Entry found this link instead and took me a second to realize it was likely a scam.

Used this site accidentally instead of using .gov site. Sent information. Hope this can be investigated

This website mimics global entry website and pulls up as the main one. They now have all my info and CC info.

I have the same situation. I can believe google search directed me there before government site

The website is the first website to pop up on Google when you search for global entry. You fill out the application for global entry and they charge you an extra fee. It doesn't look like a scam until the very bottom when you click an agreement to pay an additional fee. It gives the company all your information...

i googled Global Entry to apply for the program. I clicked on the Ad (oops) and was brought to a form to complete asking for my basic info, 5 years of past employment and home addresses, passport info, etc. I also paid the fee w/ my credit card info ($169, and it shows on my statement as "Global Entry"). I received a confirmation email back and then a follow-up email from an individual asking for additional address information - all w/ the same email (e.g, @globalentryprogram.com). I tried to reply to the email and the email bounced back. I then researched this website more and realized it was a scam.

Site impersonates the TSA global entry site and charges an additional $150 on top of the actual global entry fee of $100 for no benefit.

When attempting to apply for Global Entry, I clicked on the initial website that appeared in Google Search for "Global Entry". This website has the actual appearance of the official website. After entering all my personal information (passport and green card information, driver license information, 5-years of work history, home addresses, countries visited, etc) the website requested payment for the application. At this point I noticed that the price included a $149.95 "Processing Fee" which seemed suspicious. I then discovered that this website was not the official government site and did not enter credit card details.

Tried to sign up for US Global Entry pass but came across the wrong website instead. The application asked for all the expected information, including passport and driver's license information, travel, employment, and address history. I only realized after submitting the payment that it cost $100 more than my partner had paid for their global entry pass.

Scam Description This website is the first thing that pops up on Google for a Global Entry application: https://globalentry-usprogram.com/global-entry-apply/. The website and forms all look very realistic, and then once you fill them out, it charges you $149.95 as something like a “service fee” on top of the normal $100 Global Entry fee to the government (but what’s charged on my card is $149.95). You receive a “confirmation email” from GE Assist saying “Your Global Entry Application Has Been Received” followed by another email saying "Your Global Entry Application Has Been Submitted". I am not sure if they are ‘just’ charging an extra $150 to submit a form that I could have easily submitted myself, or if they have more fraudulent plans to use my personal information, but in the interest of protecting myself, I cancelled my credit card and locked my credit. They direct to several website domains, including; https://globalentry-usprogram.com/ https://apply-global-entry.com/ https://ge-assist.com/
